Our staff is comprised of Salesians of Don Bosco, a religious order of priests and brothers dedicated to the education of young people. The Salesians have a 100 year worldwide tradition in schools, camps, and youth centers. The staff also includes teachers and college students, many of whom are former Echo Bay campers. At Camp Echo Bay your child will get the personalized attention he/she deserves. The camper to counselor ratio is approximately 9:1.
Counselors and campers develop bonds of friendship because we strive to provide a caring family atmosphere. Safety always comes first at Camp Echo Bay. Our pool is staffed by certified lifeguards. A health director is on duty and there are counselors trained in first aid and CPR.
